November 14, 2018 A lot has changed around here. Meaghan has started a life of her own now! She was married this year and has moved out of the area for now. We sure do miss having her around!

Meaghan was in charge of the computer work, which means I (Carrie) have a lot to learn to fill her shoes. Please be patient with me while I learn how to update the website, post sale opportunities, and answer questions for you. I will do my best with the time I have.

Most of the does are bred!

I'm excited to see how they all turn out!

Down sizing is a must! If there is a particular goat you're interested in, and it's not for sale, just ask. I may be willing to sell it.

Quality Livestock and Products Raised Holistically

Thanks for stopping by, we're so glad you're here! We hope you enjoy looking through our pages, meeting us and viewing our various types of livestock..

We're a large family (10 people) living on a small family farm in Coral, MI. Our adventure started back when we were young (there were just 4 children then), and we all had major asthma problems. Long story short, we discovered that it was triggered by food allergies. We realized that my brother was so allergic to corn, he couldn't even eat animal products from livestock that had been fed corn. We spent several years trying to figure out what on earth we could eat!

Over time, we realized that we really needed animal products in our diet. Our "gateway livestock" were two Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats that we acquired in 2010. We had our first raw milk from our corn, soy, and chemical-free does the next summer, and the health benefits were amazing!

Since then, we've added other breeds of dairy goats, pigs, rabbits, alpacas, llamas, sheep, cows and chickens for the milk (including homemade goat's milk lotions), meat, eggs, and fiber. We also enjoy the company of horses, dogs (both companion dogs and Livestock Guardian Dogs), and cats.

Raising animals holistically has been a challenge, but very rewarding. Our passion is to be able to share not only our livestock and products, but also our knowledge. I plan to add informative sections to this website over time. If you have questions before then, please feel free to e-mail me at
